Revlon is coming out with new Matte and Lacquer balms that are coming out to a store near you in the first week of December. I am not lying to you when I say I am completely in love with Revlon’s previous Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains. I have the entire collection, and I use them all the time! One of my best friends also uses the Balm Stains, and she was the one who let me know about the new Revlon Matte balms. When I found out about the new products, I went berserk looking for them! I got my hands on two of the Matt Balms, which I am so excited for everyone to try! I contacted a Revlon representative through the phone, and she informed me that the Matte and the Lacquer Balms are each going to have ten Balm Stains in each collection, which means were getting twenty new products! YES, I KNOW! IT’S SO EXCITING! The two balm stains I will be Reviewing are 210 Unapologetic & 215 Shameless! These new matte balms have the same minty feel as the Just Bitten collection. These new Matte balms, are to die for! Revlon NEVER disappoint!

Let me remind you they are MATTE LIP BALMS, NOT MATTE LIPSTICKS! They are a different thing. Overall both colors were very vivid, smooth and easy to apply on the lips. They cost me $9 each. I loved shameless so much, it’s a beautiful plum color. I can’t wait to try them all!
