Current beauty favorites

Below are listed some of my current favoroite beauty products. These past few months I have changed foundation routines and sponges. If there’s a product you would like me to try let me know in the comments below!

Makeup tools: Sonia Kashuk Marble beauty sponge

I’ve been loving this marble Sonia Kashuk beauty sponge for the last couple of months. When you dip it in water it expands and makes the makeup application a lot faster and smoother. My sponge above is a little dirty but I have washed it off before. It originally comes in white and black marble swirls. This sponge retails for about $7 at Target. This sponge has been my go to sponge for foundation, concealer and for powder. I’m completely obsessed with this sponge and I think it’s worth trying.

Foundations: Makeup Revolution fast base foundation, Too Faced Peach Perfect

I have been using the Makeup Revolution stick foundation as an everyday foundation a lot lately. My everyday foundation was the Wet N’Wild Photo focus or the L’oreal Infallible foundation. I noticed that I like how dewy my skin looks with the foundation stick so I tend to reach for it more than my previous foundations.

The Too Faced Peach Perfect foundation has become a holy grail product for me. Every time I use it I get tons of compliments on how flawless my skin looks. This foundation blurs my imperfections and gives me a flawless finish. I have very dry skin and somehow with this soft matte finish after I apply it and put Mac Fix + on it I get the most flawless base.

Concealer: Catrice Liquid Camouflage

I previously reviewed this product on the blog before. I have stopped using any other concealer and have reached for this concealer everyday. I set my concealer with either my Maybelline Fit Me powder or my Laura Mercier translucent powder. I cannot recommend this product enough, I wish they had this product in more shades though.

Blush: Milani Luminoso

This cult classic blush was sitting in my makeup drawer for a while. I had forgotten why I loved this blush so much. “Luminoso” does just that, it gives you a bit of a highlight with a beautiful flush of peach on the cheeks.

Bronzer: Marc Jacobs Tantastic bronzer

This limited edition Marc Jacobs coconut bronzer has been on my makeup desk for weeks now. This is the perfect bronzer for light to medium skin tones. Every time I apply it I feel like I’m ready to be laying down by the beach. It is a bit pricey but the product will last for a good while.

Eyes: Marc Jacobs Fantascene Eyeshadow Palette

You can see how many times I have dipped my brush on this palette in such a short time I’ve had it. I am obsessed with the copper shade and all the rosy shades. This palette is one of the most pigmented palettes I own. I love the colors on this palette so for me splurging on this product was worth it.

Lips: Eos Crystal lip balm, Marc Jacobs “No Angel”, Cle Cosmetics “Desert Rose”, ABH “Ashton”

This EOS Crystal Lip Balm Plus has been my go to chapstick/balm. I feel like it really moisturizes my lips, enough to when I don’t use it my lips don’t feel as dry.

Marc Jacobs lipstick in “No Angel” has been my go to nude lipstick. I wear it all the time!! This lipstick is up there with my holy grails list. The product is almost all gone which happens rarely.

Cle cosmetics melting lip powder in “Desert Rose” is such a cool innovative product. My cousin gave it to me and I instantly loved it. The fact that it’s a powder and as soon as you put it on your lips it melts into a lip tint is just really cool.

Anastasia Beverly Hills liquid lipstick in “Ashton” has also been my go to this month.
