These are the movies or sequels that many have waited for, they are the ones that we wait in line for, the ones we have had both patience and excitement to watch one day and very soon they are coming to theaters.
The Hunger Games: Catching Fire
Suzanne Collin’s trilogy started a year ago and to this month it lives on with the followings of Katniss Everdeen’s life after The Hunger Games. This sequel has been teasing fans since the first sneak peek, those who are fans of the books may have already realized that this year’s film will be closer to the book. That alone says that it will be what we have all wanted, that is of course if you liked the books but in my case I cannot see how someone cannot for they entrap you at first read and enrapture you till the end but this movie is not the end, it is only the beginning to the rebellion. After winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games Katniss returns to her home in District 12 along with Peeta Mellark; together they must both face the hardships of being in the Victory Tour of the districts where they are being closely watched by President Snow. In their journey, their is something stirring in the crowds, people are standing up, rebelling against authorities, and seeing her as the symbol to salvation. Through this all the 75th Annual Hunger Games is being prepared to take place and the future of Panem is changed forever when it is announced that the victors from the past of each district will be reaped back into the Hunger Games.

Thor: The Dark World
Thor is back and that means Loki too..
Bor, father of Odin in the past of his reign had vanquished evil forces known as the Dark Elves all that were led by Malekith. Malekith wanted one thing and that was to return to the universe using Aether, a force to restore the universe as it first was. In darkness he hid without being discovered and waited to gain power again to do as he first tried to do in the past. In the present Thor and his fellow warriors and friends battle invaders to make peace in the Nine Realms while back in earth Jane Foster still searches and awaits for Thor’s return. When Thor finds a way to come back he soon comes to find that his beloved Jane is nowhere to be found and goes to search for her to take her back to Asgard along with him. With attacks against Asgard Thor must fight but against his fathers orders which leads him to his trickster of a brother; the two find their way into Malekith’s world alongside Jane and his friends to fight against dark forces that wish to destroy the universe for their kind to be at power. It’ll be a hard and thrilling battle to wait for and it is coming soon to us this week!

The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug
J.R.R Tolkien is a master at fantasy and the first movie to be done for his book “The Hobbit” was extraordinarily well done and this December we once again follow the journey with Bilbo,Gandalf, Thorin Oakenshield, the dwarf and his fellow 12 companions. They continue their path in Mirkwood where they find themselves separated and attacked by certain forces. They find allies and foes with elves and others but are kept in bay when they are surrounded with little hope. Bilbo finds his courage along the way and goes to their rescue while Gandalf leads others to drive the mysterious Necromancer out of Dol Guldur. It is the journey to be in, for it is where friendships, and hope keeps carrying on.
